At times, I’m aware of this dull ache, somewhere in the base of my brain. It’s always there — though most of the time it’s barely perceptible. When I focus on, say, the political situation, or the environmental issues which could at any time blow up in everyones faces; the ache comes back — and I feel tired even attempting to contemplate any one of the ongoing and ever unfolding madnesses which relentlessly surround us.
